The Role
SCEI is experiencing rapid growth within the Community and Health sector. We are therefore seeking a passionate and experienced educator to join a growing and supportive team to support our students in the clinical skills lab and supervise our students on clinical placement. Successful candidates will be passionate about nursing, have experience in clinical and/or classroom teaching and be a Registered Nurse with industry currency. This role will be offered on a casual basis.
Essential Skills Required
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (including LLN)
- Bachelor of Nursing or higher coupled with industry experience
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
You will also need the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 5 years' Nursing experience with current knowledge and clinical skills
- Previous experience working as a Trainer and Assessor (desirable)
- Previous experience working with International students (desirable)
- Flexible work schedule
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a team
- Current Police Check
- WWCC
