Kolbe Catholic College is seeking an outstanding leader and educator to join its dynamic and vibrant learning community. The successful candidate will embrace the College’s Vision and Mission, display a high level innovation and work collaboratively to build upon contemporary initiatives that support teaching and learning. This faith-filled, optimistic leader will guide learning across all areas, building quality relationships to enhance teacher quality. Modelling a growth mindset for others, they will cultivate a culture of collaboration to enhance student engagement, leading to improved outcomes for all students. The successful candidate will lead the College’s Innovation Team and Curriculum Team and will form part of the College’s Senior Leadership Team, fulfilling a key role in future strategic planning and school improvement.
Applicants must be willing to promote the objectives and ethos of Catholic Education. They will also be required to ensure Christian values are reflected across all learning areas and in all policies and practices.
The preferred applicant will have their Accreditation to Lead Religious Education in a Catholic School.
