Green Leaves Early Learning Centres is seeking a Centre Director to be part of our early learning facility in Cannon Hill. The successful applicants will work for Green Leaves Early Learning Centres. Green Leaves is a boutique Early Learning provider who in just a few years has successfully established a well respected and trusted brand throughout the Industry. We have partnered with Westfield, Stockland and Mirvac among others to develop, build and operate state of the art facilities across Australia.
Our new service based at Cannon Hill is a purpose-built State of the Art facility that will cater for up to 100 children per day. The indoor and outdoor environments have been designed to capture the imagination of all children to play, learn, develop and grow.
You will:
- Hold a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
- Have a current working with children check and Supervisor Certificate
- Have a strong understanding of Regulations/Legislations. Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) (essential)
- Have demonstrable experience in rostering and managing KPI's
- Have a professional standard of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Hold knowledge in software programs Qikkids, CCMS, ISS
- Be able to work confidently and reciprocally in a team environment
- Have experience in managing, leading, guiding and developing a team
- Hold Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
- Have a willingness to undertake and coordinate professional development training for all staff
- Have the desire to increase knowledge/skill sets within operating a quality Early Learning Centre.
