Duties & responsibilities:

Processing high volume orders for purchases of Spare Parts. Working within our internal network of suppliers Globally

Reconciling shipping documents with Freight invoices, Commercial invoices and ensuring all costs are allocated correctly
- Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and issues

Following up on outstanding order or back orders and ensuring efficient delivery of goods

Networking with suppliers, freight providers and between internal departments

Working closely with the Logistics Manager on supply chain management, striving for improvements in efficiency
Skills & experience:
-
Completed or undertaking studies in a business degree or similar
-
2-3 year purchasing/logistics experience
-
Desire to work in a multinational environment with opportunities

SAP or SAP Business One experience is beneficial, otherwise any ERP experience will be advantageous

Microsoft Office skills, Intermediate/Advanced Excel, Word & Outlook

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Attention to detail and accuracy
