Your New Role
With the support of two direct reports, your day to day will include a mix of leadership, maintaining the production schedule, some raw material and product purchasing, database maintenance, stock control and reporting. This role works with a two shift production team and will be required to work Monday to Friday with a 7am start time.
About you
You’re a natural leader with the ability to build credibility, trust and rapport with ease. You are flexible, highly organised and a great communicator. You have a proven track record in successfully leading a small team, a results driven approach to targets and KPIs, experience and knowledge of purchasing and supply principles and experience managing key suppliers
Experience working within a manufacturing environment and using computer based systems such as Prism or Oracle would be highly desirable however is not essential as training and a tailored onboarding plan will be provided to the successful candidate
