Reporting to the Branch Manager you will have high level involvement with most divisions in the business is, including sales, customer service & warehousing. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Ordering and maintaining best practise stock levels from a multitude of suppliers from all over Australia & abroad
• Monitoring inventory, analysing sales history and forecasting future sales to ensure best practise stock levels 
• Order Processing
• Monitoring open orders and overseeing the organisation of supplier shipments to ensure desired lead times are met
• Communication with multiple suppliers from all over Australia & the globe
• Constant monitoring of operational reports and data analysis to aid in decision making

The successful applicant will possess:

• Sound computer and MS Office skills, with a particular emphasis on Excel
• Well-developed analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail is absolutely critical. You will be dealing with large amounts of data daily
• Time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and be extremely organised
• Ability to work autonomously and multi-task
