Owing to significant growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a keen and motivated individual to join our team at Complete Portables Wattleup yard.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will enjoy a varied role which will include the following duties:

  • Providing safety leadership;
  • Developing and implementing branch strategies to accomplish set objectives;
  • Ensuring achievement of branch business objectives and outcomes;
  • Maximising returns on assets;
  • Leading, motivating and managing a team of staff to ensure the business operates safely and efficiently;
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships within the Western Australian region which will directly contribute to profitable growth of the business;
  • Ensuring appropriate asset allocation and utilisation;
  • Managing fleet maintenance.

It is essential that you have the following:

  • Solid management experience, manufacturing industry highly advantageous;
  • Experience working with a company during an expansive growth phase;
  • Strong OHS&E and QA knowledge;
  • Business administration and strong time management skills;
  • Ability to work well with all levels of personnel and manage a team;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management;
  • Have strong business acumen and commercial awareness;
  • Experience managing multiple business locations nationally;
  • Excellent attention to detail, planning and analysis ability;
  • A personal drive to deliver exceptional results;
  • Competencies with problem solving, decision-making, persuasiveness, delegation, team work, conflict management and stress tolerance.

The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to Quality, Health & Safety and will need to undergo a Pre- Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Test and Police Clearance.
