The Client

The Position

As a key team player of this branch you will be involved with:     

• Co-ordinating customer shipments with origin office, whilst continuing to monitor shipments until destination delivery
• Ensuring customer agreed service levels and value add services are met
• Updating clients regarding order status including delays
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely professional manner
• Ensuring customer retention by addressing and resolving service issues
• Developing ongoing client relationships

The Requirements  
     
To be successful in this role you will display;       

• Well developed customer service skills 
• Some operational knowledge of the freight forwarding industry 
• Excel and reporting experience
• Proven client focused and team player attitude
