About the role:
Motorama Toyota are seeking a Warehouse / Parts Interpreter Trainee to sell parts and accessories to customers. The purpose of this dual role is to ensure warehouse parts are located and maintained, warehouse kept clean and inventory managed. This role requires an individual to have exceptional customer service skills and an eye to detail.

Role responsibilities:
• Meeting and greeting customers promptly
• Accurately and timely locate stock orders to correct locations
• Maintain warehouse bins and racking
• Maximise sales of parts and accessories to retail
• Maintain average gross profits in accordance with Dealership policy
• Provide the same high level of service to both internal and external customers
• Ensure stock required for workshop special orders have been paid for in advance and once received actioned immediately.

Essential attributes:
• Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the telephone
• Accuracy and a high attention to detail
• C class Manual Driver's licence .
