Our core business involves managing the entire vehicle life-cycle for our clients, taking care of everything from purchasing, insurance and maintenance to car re-marketing.
As a Remarketing Manager…
You will be responsible for the sustainable remarketing of LeasePlan vehicles and assets in Australia through managing the Remarketing Team and ensuring their quality and performance through all processes. This role includes creating strong relationship with auction houses and having a great understanding of the automobile market and the rapid changes facing the industry.
Your days will be filled with....
- Heading up all Remarketing activities, including profitable sales and quality outcomes
- Managing the Remarketing team; developing and coaching them to succeed
- Setting the reserve prices on vehicles and finding the best ways to sell them
- Auditing inspection reports and vehicle valuations to make sure we are doing our best
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Creating reports and analysing sales performance
We are looking for someone who really understands all about vehicles, what they are worth, and how to best approach remarketing.
As well as this foundation, you will need to:
- Be a strong leader: Your team will be relying on your mentorship!
- Have a good sense of commercial acumen and business awareness
- Have great excel and word processes skills
- Demonstrate great analytical skills and be a excellent problem solver
- Show strong technical skills, and share your knowledge with the team
- A Business related degree would be a plus.
