Our client is now offering a Permanent opportunity for an AIRFREIGHT Operator within International Freight Forwarding based in Tullamarine.
You will be working for a medium to large sized Freight Forwarder with a great reputation in the Australian market please, who are seeking to offer growth and opportunity to the right candidate!
ASAP START!
Hours are 8.30-5.00 Mon - Fri!
Duties will include, but are not limited too;
- Liaising with local and overseas offices and customers
- Registering in EDI Enterprise
- EDN and PRA lodgements
- Hazardous lodgements
- Arranging payments and approving invoices
- Liaise closely with internal departments
- Air experience is crucial
- National wide exports controlled here in Melbourne

Start to Finish process from bookings with airlines / arranging transport / cutting documents to invoicing once cargo delivered. This includes general and dangerous goods.
Other duties include attending to daily queries, prompt checking and monitoring of emails and completing tasks set.
