Reporting to the Sales & Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
• Handling of import / export files from start to finish ; developing relationships with customers
• Continual training and up scaling of skills
• Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone and resolving service issues promptly and efficiently
• Communicating with carriers and suppliers to negotiate rate agreements
* Communication with one of the worlds best known freight providers
The Requirements
To be considered for this role you require:
* Operational experience with Cargowise
- To be a team player to work within our group as a partner in customer service
• Must have proven import / export sea & air freight experience
• Ability to make decisions with clarity and confidence
• Professional and clear communication style across all mediums.
- Minimum 1 year Cargowise systems experience , excellent computer skills, attention to detail
