Mobility Matters is a specialist in rehabilitation and hospital equipment based in the ACT and southern coastal NSW.
About the role
The four key areas of responsibility for the role of Warehouse, Logistics and Technical Officer are:
- Warehousing, administration and the processing of stock;
- Inventory, preparing items for delivery and installation on site for our valued customers;
- Delivery, installation and customer service in the field; and
- Service, repair and maintenance jobs on a wide variety of our products.
WLTOs must be organised and capable of prioritising between many responsibilities, yet capable and focused on each task with care and attention to detail. In addition to field duties, the role Warehouse, Logistics and Technical Officers are responsible for receiving goods, handling inbound and outbound stock, preparing stock for shipping and deliveries and transacting the movement of inventory throughout the business.

Skills and experience
- C class Australian drivers licence (manual and automatic transmission) and good driving record
- Demonstrated experience in a warehouse, logistics or other highly organised environment;
- Knowledge of products and services in the rehabilitation and aged care industries;
- Demonstrated capacity to work in highly process-driven environments;
- Certificate III in Warehousing Operations;
- First aid certificate;
- Test and Tag accreditation highly desirable;
- Forklift licence;
- Sound experience with Microsoft Office, experience with Ostendo or other inventory software highly regarded;
- Accurate, timely, results-focused work capabilities;
- Strong commitment to ongoing learning and personal development;
- Capacity to work with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
- Capacity for strong team work.
This is a full time salaried role comprising a working week of 38 hours plus reasonable additional hours. WLTOs are occasionally rostered on Saturday, typically between 9 and 2.
