The Ideal successful candidate will be Client focused with a strong Operational background.
As part of the role, the successful candidate would be required to undertake the following tasks (not limited to):
*Liaise with Clients
*Procure documentation for clearances where required
*Track shipments/Monitor arrivals
*Compile/Classify and Lodge Customs Entries (Sea/Air)
*Liaise with Quarantine
*Liaise with Transport providers
*Liaise with Internal staff
The successful candidate must possess the following skills/accreditations:
*Licensed to operate as a Customs broker in Australia (Min1-2 years experience preferred)
*Strong communication skills and attention to detail
*DAWR accredited
AEP accredited would be preferred, as would experience with EDI/Cargowise.
