We are seeking applications for the role of Logistics Supervisor to be based at our office in Cannon Hill. Reporting to the Manager – Depot Operations the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the scheduling of bulk diesel and aviation fuel deliveries for some of our regional depots. The role will work closely with our dedicated team of Regional Depot Managers and Drivers to ensure the IOR fleet operates efficiently and cost effectively but also meets customer expectations. In this role you will be expected to utilise our in-house developed app to record order and delivery details. You will also ensure all driver schedules are compliant under NHVR.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in a logistics or scheduling role
- Experience in the fuel industry (diesel and/or aviation) or transport sector
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and ability to manage changing requirements ensuring efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Demonstrated understanding of Basic Fatigue Management and NHVR regulatory requirements
- A high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and strong organisation skills with the ability to work within a small team and with minimal supervision.
