As Facilities Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Head of IT and Infrastructure to ensure that we maintain timely and safe delivery of our products to Stores while also ensuring that our premium Office space continues to sparkle.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As Facilities Coordinator, you will have three key areas that you will be responsible for
- Logistics - working closely with external providers, and internal departments, you will ensure that we have appropriate levels of stock in our warehouses and that our deliveries are being received in a timely manner
- Facilities - Through the maintenance and establish of service agreements with the providers, ensure that our premium office space and sparkling store environment is maintained
- Procurement - Support the business in the selection of new service providers whilst also maintain agreements with current providers
WHAT WE EXPECT
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will have a keen eye for detail and demonstrable ability to manage projects. Your pragmatic work style, and focus on customer service will ensure that our deadlines are met through your ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders. Familiarity with stock management and logistic systems would ensure that you succeed in this role.
