The opportunity?
As part of the Toll Growth strategy we are expanding in the area of Continuous Improvement. In this role you will support senior CI and project managers with critical decision through detailed analysis and problem solving. Working across the breadth of the business-unit you will provide insight and information to assist with CI projects and contribute to performance reporting and scorecards for new and existing customers.
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to new business implementations and the wider customer engagement team
- Supply chain and commercial analysis with the aid of computer models and specialist tools
- Working with teams across the group to support efficiency improvements and revenue recovery
- Identifying and recommending continuous improvement ideas where relevant
The ideal candidate?
Green belt or yellow belt trained this role will help advance your CI career. This role requires strong skills in problem solving and data analysis. A background in supply chain, manufacturing, FMCG or industrial environments would be highly regarded. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong stakeholder management focus. Commercially astute and strategic in approach you will have the ability to adapt your thinking to a variety of situations.
