About the Role
  
They are seeking a capable and effective Project / Operations Manager who will be responsible for the management of small – medium storage system projects. They will also ensure effective communication and coordination between management & existing install teams.
  
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Management of install teams
  • Supervision and overseeing operations at job sites and coordination of installers
  • Effective communication with all project stakeholders
  • Documentation of all project details as needed
  • Accurate reporting as required
  • Coordination of the project from the sales point to completion and management of all aspects of the process accordingly involving various trades at site
  • Hiring of machinery / forklifts / scissor lifts etc as required 
To be successful for this role you must have the following:
  • Prior experience in carpentry / building / technical skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Liaison and networking skills
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
  • A dedication and commitment to their work
  • An ambitious 'go getter' attitude
  • A team player approach to your work & colleagues
  • Someone who takes pride in their work
  • Project management experience will be viewed desirably
  • Project management course completion will be viewed desirably
  • Ability to manage stress and changing timelines
  • You must be able to work overtime as needed with occasional weekend work
