Our client is a trusted leader in storage, despatch and delivery of product to its customers. They need a quality manager to run a warehouse with up to 50 staff members across two shifts. The ideal successful candidate would be ready to hit the ground running on day shift with flexible start time to suit managing this cold storage environment.

Your overall duties will enable them reach schedules and targets.


Your duties will include:

•Manage staff retention, rostering and performance
•Drive the great culture and lead by example
•Ensure standards are upheld and monitored
•Motivate Communicate and Coordinate all warehouse functions
•Uphold and comply to all WHSE and OHS policies
•Be accountable for trends in operations and forecast requirements


To be considered for this role you must have:


•Proven experience of Warehouse Management
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
•Proficient with Computer literacy and in-house data base systems
•Experience in forecasting and reporting to upper Management
•Be open to change and drive culture in-house to achieve maximum productivity
•Able to supply 2 quality references to support this role
•Own transport and current licence
•Have a hands on approach
