Pharmaceutical Manufacturer

Evening shift: 10.10pm to 6.10am

New, exciting product lines

We are currently recruiting for, safety conscious individuals with experience gained working within the pharmaceutical industry sectors.

Key accountabilities of the role will include:

• Manufacture batches of products in line with batch documentation to achieve daily manufacturing quotas.
• Maintaining and running machines to the highest effectiveness with the lowest cost to manufacturing
• Monitoring finished goods product range, pack sizes and carton sizes.
• Actively participating in continuous improvement teams to achieve Team Goals and improve business results
• Collecting data and completing quality tests.
• Use of manual handling techniques to ensure a safe working environment.
• Housekeeping, cleaning and waste handling
• Following all policies and procedures

• Maintain GMP standards

  Requirements for the role will include:

• Experience gained in either Softgel, Compounding  or Encapsulate machinery

• A flexible approach to tasks – must be willing to pack, clean and perform other duties as required.
• Previous experience or knowledge of cGMP standards
• Experience working with  processing machinery is desirable.
• Excellent problem solving abilities and time management skills
• Ability to relate to people at all levels and work in team environment.
• Written communication and numerical skills are essential.
• Must be prepared to learn and build skills.
• Able to maintain the quality of own work and meet required performance standards.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and a results focus.
