The Company.

We are a long established Metal Door Frame Manufacturer / Sheetmetal Company located in Melbourne's Northern suburbs. Due to recent growth and machinery acquisitions, we seek the services of an experienced programmer to join our team.

About the Role.

This newly created role would suit a mature aged person to work 4 days per week to assist the business owner in a family run business

Duties.

Program orders using Metacam
Scheduling orders for production
Interpret architectural drawings and prepare for manufacture.
Communicating with Staff and Clients to ensure deadlines are met.
Assisting Owner in daily duties.
Manage Multiple orders.

Skills and Experience.

Knowledge of either Metacam, Autocad or Solidworks required.
Background in Steel Door Frames advantageous.
Able to interpret architectural plans and drawings.
Background in Sheetmetal or basic understanding of CNC Turret punches, Bending machines.
Strong knowledge of Excel.
Excellent attention to detail.
Some machinery experience.
