Our client is based in Tullamarine and are currently seeking an experienced Cartage Coordinator to join their growing team ASAP!

Hours are MON - FRI 8.30am -5.00pm

*** EDI EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL***

This is a permanent position and requires a candidate who is flexible and committed.

Duties include:

The duties will include but will not be exclusive to
Debtor invoice processing in accordance to rate schedules
Organising timeslots through EDI/ICS
Liaising with local and interstate carriers
Cover a port folio of clients moving cargo interstate
FCL, LCL cargo duties & Air freight
Handling of Customer specific enquiries or requirements
Import / Export Consignment tracking and monitoring
Ensure all cargo is clear and all impediments are met to enable delivery
Maintain close liaison with and supply timely advice to all other departments and portfolio of clients
