The Company

Clean Seas Seafood Limited is a leading Australian Aquaculture company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX:CSS) and is the global leader in full cycle breeding, grow-out and sale of Yellowtail Kingfish (YTK, Seriola lalandi). Our product is marketed under the Spencer Gulf Hiramasa Kingfish brand, one of the world’s premium seafood products, recently awarded Best Fish at the Australian Food Awards for the second year in a row.

Clean Seas is a rapidly expanding company with a global operational footprint, including a Hatchery at Arno Bay and R&D facilities at Port Lincoln and Arno Bay, along with multiple Sea Farm sites across the Spencer Gulf including Port Lincoln, Arno Bay and Whyalla (from mid-2018). The company recently established a new Processing and New Product Development Facility at Royal Park in Adelaide, where the Groups Logistics, Administration and Finance functions are also located.

The Position: 

We currently have multiple positions for Food Processing staff at our Seafood Processing Facility, located at Royal Park. Applicants must have experience in a similar Food Processing environment and candidates possessing competent knife skills for the filleting of fish will be highly desirable.  Training for the specific species will be provided to ensure quality processing of premium Seafood products.

  • Experience in Food Processing Industry essential
  • Previous Seafood Processing and competent knife skills highly desirable
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, as required

  • A committed team player in a fast-paced environment

To work in our facility candidates must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of HACCP and workplace safety procedures and must show a commitment to working within strict hygiene requirements. All applicants will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
