We are currently looking for an experienced person to join our team in the role of Logistics / Warehouse Coordinator.

The primary responsibilities in this role are to coordinate and facilitate the dispatch process and assist in managing priorities in our busy Warehouse.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist warehouse staff to manage daily priorities and communication
• Be the key interface to customer service to ensure smooth shipment of  manufactured product, on-time with zero errors.
• Manage export container booking, planning and dispatch processes, refining and improving.
• Assist export coordinator and produce export shipping documents to support all shipments
• Assist Production Planning as required 
• Create and manage documentation required for export shipments, as required.
• Raise purchase requests for export packing materials as needed (crates, cartons, consumables).
• Daily coordination of goods transfer between local Melbourne sites.
