About the Role

A Spare Parts Interpreter role based in our Welshpool branch has become available for a results driven and motivated individual who will manage and coordinate spare parts and inventory for our Western Australian locations. This position will require the successful candidate to have strong self-reliance, customer service and organisational skills.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assisting internal and external customers with inquiries both in person and over the phone such as, providing quotations and pricing.
  • Delivering professional customer service through effective parts interpretation.
  • Communicate and provide feedback to customers advising purchase order status and requests.
  • Preparing invoices, quotes and purchase orders.
  • Monitor and carry out daily purchasing requests.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels across locations.
  • Picking, packing and dispatching of spare parts.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and organisation skills
  • High energy and motivation
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Professional mannerism
  • Light vehicle or heavy machinery industry experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Results orientated
  • Ability to interpret and process parts through sales enquiries, using quotes, sales orders and purchasing
  • Prior Parts/Inventory interpreting experience
