About the Role
A Spare Parts Interpreter role based in our Welshpool branch has become available for a results driven and motivated individual who will manage and coordinate spare parts and inventory for our Western Australian locations. This position will require the successful candidate to have strong self-reliance, customer service and organisational skills.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Assisting internal and external customers with inquiries both in person and over the phone such as, providing quotations and pricing.
- Delivering professional customer service through effective parts interpretation.
- Communicate and provide feedback to customers advising purchase order status and requests.
- Preparing invoices, quotes and purchase orders.
- Monitor and carry out daily purchasing requests.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across locations.
- Picking, packing and dispatching of spare parts.

- Strong communication, negotiation and organisation skills
- High energy and motivation
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professional mannerism
- Light vehicle or heavy machinery industry experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Results orientated
- Ability to interpret and process parts through sales enquiries, using quotes, sales orders and purchasing
- Prior Parts/Inventory interpreting experience
