The role of a Logistics Manager - Warehouse comes with a high degree of responsibility and accountability, so we are looking for a business professional with experience in delivery route optimisation, asset management and maintenance compliance whilst maintaining a strong focus on safety. These skills coupled with high levels of leadership, communication skills and professionalism will lead to your success.

You will be responsible for:
- Running a large Logistics team based at one of our Regional Distribution Centres
- Coordinating and managing all aspects of your section including; recruitment, training, profit and loss responsibilities and ensuring legislative compliance
- Coaching and developing a team to ensure employees reach their full potential
- Managing resources effectively
- Advocating and ensuring safety compliance in all aspects of our Transport operations
Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of business experience, preferably in FMCG
- Proven success in leadership roles
- Effective communication skills
- Previous experience and strong understanding of logistics/transport industry will be highly regarded
