Located 2.5 hours from Brisbane in the scenic South Burnett region you may be seeking a tree change and is perfect for the whole family offering excellent private and state schools, beautiful scenery, fishing and water sports and acclaimed wineries.
Others may be over a long daily commute in traffic everyday or potential team members might be seeking stability in their employment with our industry continuing to thrive and grow.
A full time permanent salary role exists for a qualified and experienced Meat Inspector holding a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Meat Processing (Meat Safety) and those with demonstrated experience in a similar role within an Export Establishment as an AAO are highly regarded.
Other roles may be available for a newly trained and qualified Cert III or Cert IV Meat Inspectors to train with the team, providing support to not only the Inspection Team but also the Slaughter Floor.
Formal QA / HACCP or related training will be highly regarded.
Furthermore you will have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
The successful applicants must be able to work on a rotating roster, including mornings and afternoon starts - Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend rosters.
