Based at our State Office in Campbelltown you will be working with some great people and will be supported by a Management team that has extensive industry experience. Annual salary reviews, industry and ongoing operations training will be provided. This is a client focused role with an opportunity to make a difference in both Sydney and our other four records branches within Eastern Region.

What will you be doing?

• Control, manage and provide a superior service delivery to our clients.
• Manage Branch operations, labour and vehicle resources in order to achieve delivery and service objectives
• Manage and lead the warehouse personnel ensuring adherence to standard procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
• Manage operational costs against budgets and targets as set by the Branch Manager.
• Manage and maintain property, plant and site security.
• Manage large logistical projects including the assembly of storage racking, transportation of large numbers of cartons and the destruction of large amounts of paper

You will be calling on your previous operations and management experience whilst using the skills and techniques we will teach you to achieve our company objectives. You will be working as part of an enthusiastic team with the objective to meeting set KPI’s.

What you must have to apply for this role:

• Minimum 10 years High Level Operational Management experience
• Proven organisational/planning ability
• The ability to liaise with sales, admin and operational personnel
• Computer Literacy
• Outstanding customer service focus
• Leadership and problem solving skills
