Our client, Visy Board, has a vacancy for a proven professional who will champion and drive a culture of quality and ongoing continuous improvement. Covering both the Smithfield and Warwick Farm sites, you will report to the NSW General Manager and be part of the broader State management team.
The successful candidate will develop and implement a 5S program throughout the entire business and will have:
- Demonstrated continuous improvement success in a complex manufacturing environment (corrugated, cardboard, packaging etc.)
- Excellent leadership, influencing and engagement skills
- Proven senior project management expertise, and
- Strong analytic, system, reporting and commercial skills.
You will also be:
- Self driven, want to own the accountability and want to succeed
- Motivated to grow personally and professionally and deliver great outcomes for the business
- Able to engage broadly, multi task, and
- Have strong systems skills (Excel beneficial).
