Key Responsibilities

Experience and knowledge in setting and dealing with TNA Baggers, cartoners, horizontal flow wrapping machines, robotic inner packers and shipper packers, palletizers, weighing machines, Klik Klok bagging machines and process automation
Identifying appropriate adjustments to machines
Troubleshoot production issues as required
People management when position evolves into a team leader role or when in a 2IC role.

Mandatory Selection Criteria

Knowledge and experience in the food industry is a must
Must have a forklift licence and be able to use a Reach Forklift
Trouble shooting, fault finding and problem solving skills and quality adjustments.
Self - motivation and initiative
