Our Company
Rylock strives to be the premium supplier of architectural window solutions to the residential building industry. We seek an energetic and motivated individual to join our growing team at our Dingley Village Manufacturing Facility.
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Storeman / Pick Packer who is hands on, like’s variety in their day and has previously worked in the Aluminium window & door industry. You will be part of a dynamic team and be responsible for storing materials using a forklift, picking, packing and scanning orders.
If you can demonstrate you have sound knowledge and experience within the Window & Door industry, and you have a valid Forklift Licence, you will commence on a 6 month qualifying period with a starting casual rate of $29.30 per hour.
The successful candidate will be working a 38 hour week, Monday – Friday 7am-3:45pm (4 days) & 7am – 1:30pm (1 day).
The Successful Applicant
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pick up according to the schedule (load, pack, wrap, label)
- Perform inventory controls and keep a high standard of quality checks
- Receive and process raw materials, hardware and extrusion stock products
- Must have valid Forklift Licence and experience loading & unloading trucks.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilisation
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules & regulations
- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy packages and objects
- High level of attention to detail
- Have a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
