Kelly Services is currently recruiting an experienced Procurement Specialist to work at one of Australia's leading manufacturers of heating and cooling appliances located in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
• Effective implementation of procurement plans and cost saving projects
• Compiling requirements and tender documentation
• Negotiation of contracts and terms
• Improving the procurement process
• Supplier relationship management including but not limited to bench-marking and risk minimisation
• Data analysis and forecasting
• Backorder reporting and inventory levels
Essential Skills:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role - manufacturing environment
• Energetic, Proactive and organised
• High level of proficiency with MYOB and advanced Excel skills are expected
• Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
• Experience in leading and coaching staff
