We have partnered with a global 3PL to recruit a Logistics Specialist to support the Logistics Operations Manager.

The role responsibilities:

• Executing transactions & reconciliation of consignments
• Resolving quality non-conformances in conjunction with inbound & outbound supply standards
• Improving delivery KPIs (e.g. Turnaround time / lead-time, DIFOT)
• Reviewing system information and provide operational reports
• Analysing distribution for opportunities in pursuit of greater efficiencies whilst planning for improved service levels (Consolidation, route/network optimisation)

The successful candidate will have the following:

Technical Skills:

• Bilingual - Mandarin and English
• Experience planning & executing international logistics ideally courier/express logistics
• Strong excel & reporting skills

Soft skills:

• Process driven: the ability to follow process under time and accuracy pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail
