Olympic Fencing is an established manufacturer of fencing and related products for both commercial and domestic markets, mainly dealing with Tier One Customers and Organisations. With two (2) locations in Tomago and Rutherford NSW the organisation is looking for an individual to take ownership of the following:
- Contracts Administrator
- Review and submission of tenders
- Review and implementation of company's policy and procedures
- Safety audits conducted on site and at the manufacturing facilities.
- Requisitioning of all safety requirements, both internally and externally.
- Completion of SWMM's
- Risk Management
- Workplace Health & Safety
- Continuous improvement both internally and externally
- Develop maintenance procedures for plant and equipment
- Attend and lead all toolbox meetings
- Training records for all employees are up to date and maintained.
- Make sure PPE is up to date and issued to all employees were required
- Manage Return to Work (RTW) employees in relation to Workers Compensation
- Keep up to date on current statutory and Australian legislation and compliances
- Liaise with Senior Management on any and all issues
- Prepare the organisation for ISO9000 Certification at both locations
