About the role
Our Logistics team is expanding and we’ve created a new role to coordinate our installation schedule. Reporting to the NSW Transport Manager, your new job will involve:
- Scheduling and rescheduling tank installations within NSW
- Keeping schedules up-to-date with current installation progress
- Invoicing the previous days installations
- Ensuring all sales orders are delivered as complete
- Producing reports on the status of installations
- Monitoring installer material stock levels
Who are we?
Kingspan Environmental manufactures, delivers and installs custom-made steel rainwater harvesting tanks to the residential, commercial and rural clients. In Australia, we have sites in Sydney, Melbourne, Denilliquin, Brisbane and Perth and deliver tanks right around the country as well as overseas.
You will have..
- 2+ years’ admin experience ideally gained in the Construction or Plumbing industry
- Experience preparing work schedules for contractors (e.g. workforce planning or job bookings)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and understand hydraulic drawings
- High level Excel skills
- Experience with specialist logistics software
