This an exciting opportunity for a strong leader with expert knowledge of the production and manufacturing processes within the pharmaceutical sector.
Reporting to the Managing Director, and taking ownership of the entire sites operations, the General Manager will set the business strategy, budgets, goals and contribute to the overall business performance.
With sound financial acumen, this role will take on P&L accountability, setting pricing and negotiation of profitable contracts whilst ensuring client satisfaction.
The General Manager will have excellent people management skills and be skilled at maximising efficiencies throughout their team. They will be responsible for setting department KPI’s, managing workplace contracts, hiring of staff and leading the business through continued growth.
This role will also require ensuring that best practise is adhered to across Licencing and Audits, OH&S, Manufacturing and Maintenance.
The successful candidate will have a high level of experience in;
- People Management and Leadership
- Communication and Delegation
- Financial Acumen and Forecasting
- Strategic Planning, and;
- Delivering of Client satisfaction
This opportunity would suit an ambitious and self-motivated People Manager with a no nonsense approach, strong senior level Production or Operational experience, ideally within the Pharmaceutical industry.
