Pryopanel Developments is a subsidery of the ASSA ABLOY Australia Group and is currently looking for an experienced, self-motivatedWarehouse Coordinator. The position will report to the Finance Manager and is located in Pyropanel's warehouse at the ASSA ABLOY site in Oakleigh, Melbourne.

This position is considered to be a vital appointment for a rapidly growing business. In essence, the incumbent will be tasked with picking, packing and dispatching of stock, ordering replenishment stock and communicating with our Customer Service team on any supply issues. The position does involve operating a forklift, operating a computer and an ERP system as well as manufacturing of specialist crates when required. Ther is an overall responsibility for managing together with our Finance team optimal stock levels to ensure we can supply our customers when needed and not hold too much value of stock.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•  Ensuring that every effort is made to maintain a DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) of greater than 95% for each month
• Immediate communication of delays to our Finance and Customer Service staff
• Daily picking and packing of stock for customers orders, preparing dispatch notices and loading delivey trucks
• Organising freight to deliver/pick up products
• Driving the company utility to pick up or drop off orders
• Monitoring stock items on the 'critical inventory list' to ensure that all componentry is ordered and dispatched to relevant parties for manufacture and assembly before returning for sale
• Using some carpentry hand tools and industrial saws (training will be provided)
• Ensuring stock is itemised, identified and stored in the appropriate location
• Maintaining the Warehouse in a clean, tidy, professional and organised manner at all times
• Overseeing the stock take process to maintain stock variances are minimal

To be considered for this role you will be highly motivated, capable and able to operate alone. Ideal candidates with warehouse, computer and some trade skills will be highly regarded.

You will have the following attributes/qualities:

• Current forklift licence and experienced in the operation of a forkligt (competency will be checked)
• Hold a current Victorian drivers licence
• Able to pack deliveriesto a standard acceptable to; customers' expectations, able to withstand freight movements and to Pyropanel's standards
• Able to operate a computer and the Microsoft Office suite; experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP system would be advantageous
• Have an understanding of warehouseing activities
• Highly organised, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding and ability to complete required paperwork for importing and exporting of products (ie: bill of lading, container weight declarations, commercial invoices, customs clearance etc.)
• Able to multi-task and manage several orders concurrently
