What’s involved:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiver to join our professional Production Team. Ideally, you have 5 years' experience in a similar role - experience in the textile industry will make you a standout candidate. Located in Marrickville, Sydney, you will be working as part of a collaborative team, reporting to the Production Manager. Your role will be to build valued relationships with our suppliers, raise purchase orders and ensure absolute accuracy of the order and supply process to delight our Clients. You care about the details, will go above and beyond to deliver for Clients. You love to be busy, always and pride yourself on using your initiative.

What can we tell you:

You will be responsible for:

• Raising purchase orders and ensuring we receive exactly what we order
• Ensure that suppliers deliver orders to us on time and we are invoice the correct amount
• WIP Reporting to ensure customer orders are dispatched on time
• Backorder management– Updating the team and chasing suppliers to ensure best ETA to client

What will you need:

• 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong drive for quality and precision in everything you do
• Experience of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a warehouse / distribution role, preferably in the textile industry
