The Opportunity at CSR Bradford!
Located in Traralgon, the Branch Controller position reports to the Area Manager, who is on the road for most of the time, building and maintaining business for the branch.
As Branch Controller, you will be responsible for the daily management of the warehousing/customer service functions of the branch. Strong computer and customer service skills are a must, as you will be liaising with both internal and external contacts.
- Scheduling, order entry, warehousing, safety responsibilities
- SAP or similar an advantage
Key duties will include:
- Taking service calls and logging orders into SAP; SAP training will be provided; however previous experience will be highly regarded.
- Following up with warehouse/stores to ascertain availability of product
- Reconciling sales orders & invoices
- Resolving client questions and concerns
- Ensuring inventory accuracy
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers – forklift and manual handling
The successful candidates will need to have the following:
- Superior fitness
- Solid experience in a similar role with good manual handling skills
- Excellent customer service/communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- A willingness to learn and absorb new information and skills.
- Commitment to ongoing training and self-development.
- Ability to manage own time efficiently and without supervision
- Ability to work under pressure when necessary
- Forklift licence
- An excellent sense of humour!!
