Your daily duties and responsibilities will consist of:
- Providing high quality customer service
- Job registrations
- Processing Import Airfreight Operations into your own 77G Bond Store
- Tracking of consignments and keeping customers updated
- Liaising with overseas offices and agents
- Liaising with consignees
- Preparation of documents for internal departments & Customs
- Cutting of AWB's for Export
To be considered you must possess the following attributes:
- Minimum 3 years Freight Forwarding experience within the Aust market
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- DG Accreditation for Acceptance by Air
- EDI Cargowise Experience
- Previous experience working for an employer with their own busy bond-store
This is a busy, hands-on, front-line airfreight Import and Export Operations role. Previous experience in a similar position will be highly regarded.
