ABOUT THE ROLE
A typical Operations All-Rounder role associated with a small forwarder. Involved hands-on in all aspects of the operational process including some auto-rating and invoicing. Work closely with clients to ensure smooth delivery of goods door to door. This is a full-time role with standard operating hours

DUTIES
• Registration of import air and sea files into the CW1
• Ensure cargo automation and underbonds are processed timely
• Input all costing and rates into job orders
• Provide status updates to a portfolio of clients
• Ensure shipment files are passed onto Customs and Transport complete and on time

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 2-3 years minimum experience in a small forwarder environment
• Previous experience with CW1 or forwarding software
• Exposure to working in a team environment
• Further education within International Logistics or Supply Chain
• Strong computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
