The PM Operations Manager leads the Brisbane Depot PM Shift team located at Archerfield QLD and provides effective leadership and management across all areas of depot PM operations and functions which includes linehaul, intrastate freight, and administration.
We are seeking a leader possessing 2-3 years’ transport and logistics experience preferably in an Express / General freight environment that has a high record of achievement in leading a large depot/warehousing facility and proven ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker across people management, deadlines, KPI’s, safety, CoR and customer service.
The role manages express and general freight loading and unloading and works closely with the Depot's Branch Manager, AM Operations Manager and the National Linehaul Manager.
As an innovative and creative problem solver, you will possess highly developed management consulting skills. You will be forward looking and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational metrics and team dynamics.
