Storeman - Repair & Overhaul

Required: Storeman or Semi skilled TA's, or experienced General Hand with storeman, receiving and despatch skills who have a solid Team ethic and Customer focus. The successful applicants should have had previous stores,  receiving and despatch experience typically gained in a medium-heavy mechanical/ hydraulic fabrication repair & assembly workshop.

Our Australian workshop is based in Sydney's south west.

We have an increasing order book, and our small but dynamic team is growing rapidly. We are therefore looking for talented and dedicated storeman to join our overhaul facility in Prestons, NSW.

Reporting to the Production Manager you will play a key role in ensuring we continue to provide industry leading levels of customer excellence. You will be required to receive and inspect parts, pick parts to assist our team in the repair and overhaul a variety of equipment, pack goods ready for despatch to customers and assist with receiving and despatch documentation. 

This role is best suited to people who are self-starters who can work efficiently with minimal supervision, have good communication skills and who may have some or all of the following skills:

• Experience in receiving undertaking goods inwards inspections to match orders, picking of orders, packing & despatch of goods in a manufacturing/service/heavy engineering/automotive, or similar environment;
• Relevant Australian Warehousing skill Qualifications;
• Forklift licence.
