THE COMPANY
Our Host Employer has a fantastic entry level position to undertake a full-time Customer Service and Warehousing traineeship based in Dubbo. This Host Employer aims to continually build on their reputation for quality and reliable engineering products and accessories with an insistence on providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity to take your first step into a sales and warehousing environment with a stable and profitable national company with progression into an Internal Sales related position upon completion of the 2-year traineeship.
THE ROLE
Our client has a supportive and structured training program to ensure your success in this new role. Come and join this exciting program!
- Customer service both over the phone and face to face
- Stocktake and pick packing items
- Receiving and dispatching goods
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- General Warehouse and showroom housekeeping
- Process sales orders and arrange the dispatch and administration of products and services sold
- Merchandising of stock
- Ensuring commitments to customers are met
- Operating a walk behind forklift (after training)
- Undertake other administrative duties as trained and directed
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- A valid manual driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Mechanically minded
- Exceptional communication, time management, organisational, numeracy & literacy skills with a "can do" attitude and a neat presentation
- The ability to follow instructions and work with a sense of safety and reliability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
