Our Client is Australia’s largest privately owned logistics company that is rapidly expanding throughout Asia and New Zealand.

The hiring business unit of this company provides ambient, cubic and refrigerated services using an extensive network of company fleet; including specialised prime movers and trailers.
This is a rare opportunity for a highly skilled B Double driver to join the group as an ongoing casual employee. Expected start ASAP.
Whilst the primary role is PUD, line haul may be required as it pertains to interstate changeover to cover annual leave and sick leave (reverse trips). You must also have the flexibility to drive a HC truck as required by the business.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years B Double experience• Line Haul experience
- Experience working with containers, refrigerated transport, taughtliners (single) and tipper
- Ability to work with clients; particularly FMCG market
- Reverse delivery experience; particularly within the retail supermarket environment
- Reporting
- Ability to understand and comply with company processes and procedures i.e. coupling processes, driver routes, mud maps
- Understanding of load restraints, weight distribution and strapping
- Bulk client reverse tip experience
- Forklift Licence desirable
- Recent Driver History Record
You will be working with the latest range of Mercedes & Volvo automatic transmission trucks and must maintain the standard checks as they pertain to vehicle maintenance and safety.
What’s on Offer
- Afternoon Shift, Monday – Friday (2-3pm start – 11am-1am finish)
- At times, week end work, - Saturday & Sunday
- Afternoon Shift Hourly base rate – Grade 8 $41.85per hour|Grade 6 $39.37
- KM rate for Interstate reflef will apply and TBA
