Our client is a highly respected Mining Company based in Minto, NSW. 

Our client is looking for an experienced Import / Export Coordinator to join their current team and provide overall support in the office. 


About the role:
  • Coordinate the Pick, Pack, Dispatch of goods with export invoices and documentation
  • Prepare export documentation
  • Coordinate and track international shipments
  • Expedite and follow-up deliveries as necessary
  • Drive for timely documentation to support a weekly export pulse 
  • Expedite parts within the business as required for exports
  • Liaise with customs agents, customs brokers and freight providers to ensure the timely delivery of goods
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders internationally to support trade between regions

What you can bring to the role:
  • Switched on and have attention to detail,
  • Solid communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High level administrative experience
  • Qualifications in purchasing and supply chain (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Laws and procedures surrounding the import and export of goods
  • Maintain confidentiality and work unsupervised
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and discreetly
  • Understanding of SAP Purchasing, Inventory, MRP and Planning Modules (an advantage)
