PRODUCTION WORKER
We are located in the South Eastern Suburbs and are currently seeking Precast Concreting Labourers to assist with the manufacture & production of concrete sleepers.
We pay above award wages and you will be working on a full time casual basis between the hours of 5am to 7pm Monday-Friday.
To be considered for this position you must;
- Demonstrate a solid work history
- Have previous production work experience if possible (highly regarded but not essential)
- Be physically fit and able to operate machinery
- Have good attention to detail & initiative
- Be experienced using hand and power tools
- Have experience in repetitive work (highly regarded but not essential)
- Be willing to undertake manual labour such as cleaning & other general labouring duties
- Be available to start ASAP
- Demonstrate priority for safety, including hazard identification and risk reducing control strategies.
- Have a strong work ethic, be reliable & efficient
- Have a forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
In addition to the above, you must have the following:
- Drivers licence & own reliable transport
- Two contactable working references
- Ability to pass a medical, with Drug & Alcohol test

Successful candidates will be required to undertake a pre-employment functional assessment as part of the recruitment process and may be subject to random drug and alcohol screening in accordance with our zero-tolerance policy.
