dnata Airport Services is an award winning global ground handling agent with almost 60 years of proud history and experience. We offer a full range of services to our Airline customers – Passenger and Customer Services, Ramp activities and Cargo handling in all major airports around Australia.

We are seeking Ramp Service Delivery Agent’s to join the Melbourne Operations team based at Melbourne International Airport.  

These roles are permanent part time (performing a minimum of 24 hours per week) and will be required to work shifts including, early starts, late finishes, nights, weekends and public holidays.

The purpose of these roles are to carry out all baggage or ramp services during an aircraft turnaround. The role is also responsible for the efficient, safe and accurate adherence to the client’s requirements during an aircraft turnaround. An individual will be required to adopt the dnata values of Safety & Security, Service Excellence, Imagination, Performance Driven, Delighting Customers, and Respect. .

We are seeking the following attributes in our people to contribute to our successful and exciting team:

  • Experience in the aviation, warehousing or transport sectors will be an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism at all times
  • Ability to work independently as well as a strong team player
  • Motivated and capable of committing to shift work spanning 24 hours/7 days a week including mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 32 kgs.
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
  • Proven reliability is essential
  • Possess Australian / New Zealand citizenship or Australian residency
  • Ability to undertake a pre-employment medical
  • Undergo an Australian Federal Police Security check
