- 13 month contract to July ’19 to support the Transformation Project
- Picturesque location only 45 mins from Pakenham, 1hour from Dandenong located in South Gippsland - Korumburra
- Day to day support to the Planning, Logistics and Procurement Manager
Burra Foods is a highly successful and growing company that is looking to bring on a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the Supply Chain Manager during implementation of our ERP Transformation project.

This is an opportunity to continue to build on your career in a growing organisation. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Procurement support including follow up of outstanding Purchase Orders, oil silo management, following up of packaging supply issues, and KPI reporting.
- Logistics support including goods receipting, shipping documentation, checking wet mixes, transfer orders, backloads, pallet management and KPI reporting.
- Planning support including plan changes, production reporting and Sales and Operational reporting, weekly meeting minutes and coordination.
As the Supply Chain Coordinator you will bring to the role;
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure ‘right first time’
- Practical and solutions focused problem solving skills with a logical approach.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good organisational skills, managing self and others, and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with all levels of the business.
- Previous experience in a Supply Chain role within a manufacturing business environment with a very good understanding of procurement, planning and logistics processes
- Experience in the dairy manufacturing or food manufacturing industries highly desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Navision highly desirable
