THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working within a great team some of your key accountabilities will include:

• Receive a weekly email that has all jobs required for the following weeks deliveries

• Manipulate the spreadsheet and organise by suburb to determine best schedule for deliveries

• Call all customers to confirm delivery times are suitable

• Create daily pick up documentation using excel spreadsheets

• Create daily delivery manifests using excel spreadsheets

• Manage undeliverable stock for return to distribution centre

• Ensure all signed documentation is received and filed

• Weekly invoicing of all deliveries

• Ensuring constant communication with customer
   

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience within a similar role where you have been exposed to a dispatch/warehouse environment

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service – this role will involve a lot of contact with customers over the phone and via email so it’s essential you can communicate clearly to ensure their query is resolved

• Experience using Microsoft Excel – although there will be plenty of training, some exposure to spreadsheets would be great

• A great work ethic
